To manage or organize your bookmarks in the past you went to the Bookmarks Menu and selected Organize Bookmarks… The functionality is still there in Firefox 4, just under new name Show All Bookmarks. This can be accessed via the main Bookmarks Menu, Bookmarks Menu button or CTRL+SHIFT+B.
