Firefox 4 included a major over-haul of the user interface for Windows Vista and 7 users which included removing the Menu Bar. At the top left is now a Firefox Menu Button which includes the most frequently used Menu items. Don’t worry you can still get the old menu back. Pressing ALT will display the menu bar temporarily. If you rather return to the classic Firefox Menu Bar, right click on the Home button and select Menu Bar. Linux and Windows XP users can have the Firefox Button Menu by deselecting Menu Bar from the toolbars menu.
