Make the location and tab bars visible in Full Screen mode.

Background
When in Full Screen Mode (F11) all toolbars are hidden including the location and tab bars. Moving the mouse to the top of the screen will display these hidden toolbars.
The Tweak
This tweak allows for these toolbars to remain displayed or control how they appear.
Display Toolbars
To keep the location and tab bars displayed in Full Screen Mode (Firefox 2 behavior):
- In a new tab type about:config in the address bar and press enter
- In the filter field type: browser.fullscreen.autohide
- In the results listed double-click on browser.fullscreen.autohide so that the value defaults to FALSE
Toolbar Behavior
When you first activate full screen mode, the location and tab bars slide up. To disable this animation:
- In a new tab type about:config in the address bar and press enter
- In the filter field type: browser.fullscreen.animateUp
- In the results listed double-click on then browser.fullscreen.animateUp entry and enter 0 in the pop-up box.
